摘要
在分析虚拟装配理论的基础上 ,利用三维设计软件I -DEAS进行了注塑模的虚拟装配和运动过程仿真 ,并利用二次开发语言 (.prg文件 )实现整体装配动态显示 ,对注塑模进行预装配及干涉检测 ,并获得了具有真实动画感的装配模型。
On basic of analyzing the theory of virtual assembly, the virtual assembly and movement simulation of injection mould are realized with the use of 3D software I-DEAS. Path is displayed dynamically by utilizing the secondary development language (.prg files),which is used to do pro-assembly and interference check of injection mould. The process presents a animation-realistic assembly model.
