The Application of Tendency Analysis Method in Schedule and Control of Products Pipeline

在长输管道运行中 ,对管道的压力、流量、能耗和温度等参数的变化进行连续观察和分析 ,找出参数变化的趋势 ,据此进行相应的调节 ,是确保管道平稳运行的重要环节。论述了管道运行参数的变化幅度、管道运行工况和时间之间的关系 ,以及趋势分析法的运用原理。指出借助SCADA系统的多种分析工具 ,可以帮助管道调控人员对管道的运行进行合理的趋势分析。总结出一些特殊工况下管道运行参数所呈现出的变化趋势 。

During the operation of products pipeline,continuously monitoring and analysis o n the parameter variations of pressure,flow rate, power consumption and temperat ure to find out their variation tendency are very important to assure the safety of the pipeline. The authors describe the variation scope, the relationship bet ween operation conditions and time and the application principle of tendency ana lysis method. It is pointed out that the pipeline operator can conduct a ration al tendency analysis on the operation of pipeline by multiple analysis tools,lik e SCADA system. The variation tendency of pipeline parameter occurred under speci al operation condition is summarized, which can be easily used by the pipeline o perators.
