针对鲁宁输油管道实际运行中存在的问题 ,分析了造成管道腐蚀、破坏的各种原因 ,重点讨论了自然环境和社会环境变化以及人为破坏对鲁宁输油管道安全运行的影响 ,并提出了相应的改进措施。

The pipeline corrosion, artificial disturbance or the third party destruction an d other accidental causes are dangerous factors to the safe operation of pipelin e. These factors exist in LuNing Oil Pipeline. To eliminate them, the paper disc usses the influence of these factors to the pipeline, including natural environm ent,social environment and artificial destruction,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
