摘要
渗硼层的形成机理,一直是渗硼研究的重要课题。本文主要采用X射线法对用气体法在工业纯铁上形成渗硼层的过程进行了研究。结果表明,在渗硼时,依次形成硼的固溶体。Fe_2B、FeB。即渗硼层形成过程完全符合相图和相律。
This paper is concerned with the process of the mechanism for layer formation It's mainly by using x-ray and gas boronized method to form a boronizect layer on the armco iron. The results show that the boronized layer formed in the order of the solid solution of boron and then with Fe_2B and FeB in the course of boronizing which accords with the phase diagram and the phase law
