疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值与晶粒尺寸关系的研究—位错理论的应用

An Investigation on the Relation between the Fatigue Crack Propagation Threshold and Grain Size The Application of the Dislocation Theory

本文从裂纹尖端位错理论角度导出了一个疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值△k_(th)与晶粒尺寸d间的关系式,该式表明了晶粒尺寸d与门槛值△k_(th)两者间遵循△k_(th)∞d^(1/2)关系,这能较好地解释一些实验现象和规律。

Based on the dislocation theory at crack tip region, a relation between the fatigue crack propagation threshold (ΔKth) and the grain size (d) has been proposed. The Relation shows that the both of the grain size and the threshold follow the law of ΔKth∞d^(1/2), which can explain some test phenomena and rules.
