摘要
本文讨论了传统几何参数法的缺点以及光通量比较法的理论可行性、实验装置、误差来源及置信度。表明光通量比较法是一种较精密的方法。采用多种镍网样片,由不同单位用不同仪器(包括进口仪器)的实测结果进行比较,表明光通量比较法所得结果是可靠的。以光通量比较法为基础研制成功并标定的SZ-2型镍网开孔率检测仪,是一种使用方便的工业用仪表,其精密度指标为被测值的±2.5%±0.1%。
In this paper, the defect of traditional geometry parameter method,the theoretical feasibitilyof the light flux comparison method and its experiment device,the error resource and its reliability are discussed. The light flux comparison method is the one with relatively high accuracy. This paper lists a few samples of nickle mesh, using different devices (including imported devices) and different methods for. different units. The practical results show the correctness of the light flux comparison method through comparison of the data. The SZ-2 Tester of Nickle Mesh Open percentage which is developed and calibrated based on the light flux comparison method is a convenient meter for industrial use, its accurary is better than +2.5% ±0.1% of the value to be measured.
