摘要
目的 研究应用超声及其它腔内微创治疗技术对下肢深静脉血栓形成在静脉再通中的作用。方法 对2 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 2年收治的下肢深静脉血栓形成行以超声消融为主的腔内微创技术和配合导管取栓、球囊扩张、置入支架等其它微创技术治疗。结果 5 2例病人中 ,47例 ( 48条肢体 )超声治疗获成功 ,5例属深静脉血栓后遗症超声治疗失败中途改变术式。 47例超声微创治疗病人随访 1~ 18个月 ,平均 10个月 ,自觉症状基本消失。死亡 2例分别为术后 2~ 6个月 ,死于原发病 ,与超声微创治疗无直接关系。结论 腔内超声消融配合其它腔内微创技术是治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的最佳选择。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the ultrasonic ablation and other transluminal minic-trauma technologies in recanalizing the occluded veins of DVT of lower extremities. Methods Patients who suffered from DVT of lower extremities,were treated with ultrasonic ablation and other transluminal minic-trauma technologies:Forgaty catheter,balloon dilatation and stent etc.Results In 52 patients,47 patients (48 legs) who acquired satisfactory results.Five cases failed because of thrombosis sequela and changed to other surgical intervention during the procedure of ultrasonic ablation.Forty seven patients who treated by ultrasonic ablation were followed up in 1~18 months(average 10 months),all the sympfoms disappeared.Two cases died of primary disease in 2~6 months after ultrasound ablation,there was no direct relation between the death and ultrasound ablation.Conclusion The transluminal ultrasonic ablation combined with other adjunctive minic-trauma technologies may be the best method to treat DVT of lower extremities.
