几个乡土树种栽培灵芝产量对比试验

A yield contrast test for cultivating Gamoderma lucidum using several native tree species

选择8个乡土阔叶树种,取粗度相近的截成13cm的短木段,进行栽培灵芝试验。结果表明,所选8个树种栽培灵芝,皆能发菌出菇,树种间栽培灵芝的产量差异显著。单位体积木段的灵芝产量,千金榆、白牛槭最高,白桦、蒙古栎、紫椴次之,核桃楸、色木槭、青楷槭最低。

A cultivating test of Ganoderma lucidum was conducted in Baishishan Forest Bureau,Jilin,China. The method is taking some wood samples which long 13㎝ with a similar thickness selected from eight native tree species. Test results show that hyphae germination could occur to every species, but have significant differences in yield among of them. The yields of per unit volume are Carpinus cordata, Acer mandshurecum firstly, Betula platyphylla, Quercus mongolica and Tilia amurensis secondly, Juglans manshurica, Acer mono and Acer tegmentosum at the last.
