摘要
本文通过硼砂盐浴渗钒试验,对渗钒后的金相组织,显微硬度进行观测分析,对影响渗钒层的因素及其工艺特点进行分析探讨,并将此工艺应用于轴承的工模具,寿命提高五倍以上取得较好的效果.
In the paper,through the experiment of vanadiumization of boron salt bath, an observation and analysis for the metallographic structure and hardness are done.The investigation of factors for affecting vanadinmized layer and its technological features has been also proceeded.The application of this technology to the working die of bearing,service life is increased for five times and its results are good.
