摘要
控制纤维增强复合材料的界面反应对于维持和提高复合材料性能具有重要意义.本文从界面化学反应动力学出发,首次导出了具有涂层的界面反应速率与涂层结构参数的关系.提出了涂层扩散阻挡数新概念,理论预测的扩散阻挡数与实验结果吻合.提出了控制界面化学反应的途径.
It's of great significance to control the interface reaction of fibre reinforced composites in maintaining and increasing the properties of composites.In this paper an equation of the rate of the interface reaction of coating as a function of the structure parameter of coating is derived from interface chemical reation kinetics.A new concept,dlffusion-barrier number is put forward. The theoretically predicted diffusion-barrier number agrees with the experi- mental result,showing an approach to control the interface chemical reaction.
