摘要
通过农民行为均衡及其转变的分析,认为,为了避免恶性社会冲突,必须建立与城镇社会保障制度相衔接、在农村范围内统一的多层次社会保障体系。
Through analysis of peasant behavioral equilibrium and its transformation, We think, in order to avoid social vice conflicts , the rural social security system with multi - pillars must be established, this system should be linked up to the social security in urban and united in the whole countryside.
