中频感应加热在弹簧生产中的应用

摘要 对中频感应加热表面淬火在弹簧生产中的应用进行了实验研究。结果表明:中频感应加热淬火后,工件表层能得到针状马氏体组织,内部有足够的强度和韧性,故淬火硬度比普通热处理要高HRC3~5,从而提高了弹簧表面的硬度和质量。 This article is about the application of mid-frequency induction heating to spring production. We have many researches and experiments on the technological process. The result shows that martensite structure has been obtained in workpiece surface and the workpiece has enough internal intensity and tenacity, so the rigidity of induction heating is HRC3-5 higher than that of the common heat treatment, which improves the rigidity and quality of the spring.
