摘要
本文首先讨论快速响应液晶的主要物理性能,并从已有的产品中,为所设计的彩色LCoS显示器选择一种适合的液晶材料。然后,从显示角度,引用成功的数据,分析显示芯片上作为反射镜面的象素电极的光学性能。最后简述LCoS显示器的优势与应用。
In this paper, at the beginning the key physical characteristics of the fast LC are discussed. Moreover, a sort of available LC material, which is fit for the Seque ntial-Color display, is chosen among the productions. On the other way, from the view of display, the optical characteristics of the pixel electrode acted as reflective mirror are analyzed. Fartherly, some successful data on pixel mirror are cited to reinforce the analysis. At the end of the paper, the predominance and application for LCoS display are stated generally.
