摘要 建立了敞开式阳极焙烧炉热工过程的数学模型 ,该模型用于预测焙烧炉的热力行为是满意的。同时对不同的操作参数进行了模拟优化 ,结果表明 ,火焰循环时间的降低将导致能耗的增加 ,而降低空气渗漏和进气量会极大地降低能耗。 A mathematical model of the horizontal anode baking process has been developed. The predicted results obtained are consistent and in good agreement with experimental results reported elsewhere. Several simulation runs are then made which succeed in changing the various operational parameters, such as the firing cycle time, air flow and air infiltration. The simulating results indicate that the fuel consumption decreases with the firing cycle time decreases, and it also indicates that cutting down the airflow and air infiltration will helpful for saving fuel. The model proves to be a useful tool for the optimization of the baking furnace of the aluminum industry.
