摘要
平均槽寿命短、单位面积产量偏低及能量效率偏低是我国铝电解技术与世界先进水平的主要差距。缩小这种差距的重要措施之一就是采用新一代的阴极内衬材料 ,其中最主要的就是阴极炭块。开发高质量的阴极炭块已是我们刻不容缓的任务。为此需要优质稳定的原材料供应、需要优化配方改进生产工艺、需要制定或更新标准并建立相应的分析检测方法、需要用户即铝电解厂的大力配合。指出开发的方向应是几个品种分头开发。
Short average potlife, relatively low productivity and relatively low energy efficiency are the main gaps between China's primary aluminium industry and the world's advanced technology. One of the main ways to shorten these gaps is to employ new generation of cathode lining materials, especially the carbon cathodes. Development of cathode blocks of high quality is an urgent task for us. To achieve this goal high quality and stable supply of raw materials is needed, improvement of recipe and production technology is needed, update standards and establishment of analysis methods are needed, and customers' cooperation is needed. The development strategy is to develop three advanced types of cathode blocks at the same time and try to achieve progress at the same time.
