摘要
分析了钢液中吹氩时夹杂物颗粒去除的效率与氩气泡直径、夹杂物直径、透气砖面积、透气砖孔径、吹氩流量和吹氩时间的关系,讨论了在钢液中获得小气泡的方法。并通过70tLF钢包炉精炼弹簧钢的吹氩去夹杂实践,有效地降低了钢中氧化物夹杂的数量和40μm以上夹杂物颗粒的比例。
The relationships among the efficiency of inclusion removal from molten steel by argon blowing and diameter of argon bubbles, diameter of inclusion particles, the surface area of porous plug and diameter of gas hole inside porous plug, argon blowing rate and blowing time have been analyzed. The methods of making small argon bubbles in molten steel have been discussed also. Spring steel refining in 70 t ladle furnace has been fulfilled with the help of different argon blowing processes efficiently to decrease the total amount of oxide inclusions and the ratio of amount of inclusion particles more than 40 mum in spring steel rods.
