PRACTICE AND DEVELOPMENT OF A "FULL-SCIENCE-TECHNOLOGY" PATTERN IN CHINA RAILWAY ENGINEERING GENERAL CORPORATION

本文就“大科技”格局的内涵、定义、要素、原则及检验标准作出了准确定位 ,对“大科技”格局在中国铁路工程总公司 6年来的实践与发展情况展开深入地分析 ,并在此基础上进一步提出“大科技”格局的新时期发展要点和重点工作。

Accurate orientations are put forward concerned with the connotation,definition,essential factors,principles and examination standards of the 'full-science-ecchnology' pattern.The practices and the development of the 'full-science-ecchnology' pattern in the China Railway Engineering General Corporation in the resent 6 years are analyzed deeply in this paper.Based on these aspects,the developing essentials and the key works of the 'full-science-ecchnology' pattern in the advanced period are further proposed.
