The Making of Computer Software for Urea Made by CO_2 Stripping Method

针对CO_2汽提法生产尿素仪表腐蚀严重,需更新换代的情况,采用计算机控制仪表进行仪表改造。研制出CENTUM系统软件。该软件由控制方案部分、画面显示及计算公式三部分组成。应用结果表明,该计算机及软件具有优化操作、安全生产、节能降耗等优点。但有待改进。

The making of urea by CO_2 stripping methcd causes serious corrosion to the apparatux, which needs renovation. The CENTUM system software has been developed, which consists of control scheme, image revealing and computing formula. The application shows that this software has following good points: good operation, safe production and energy-saving but still needs improvement.
