摘要
研究了水、尿、血中微量镍的测定方法。以丁二酮肟作显色剂,采用分光光度法和微分电位溶出法作比较,得知后者操作简便,灵敏度和回收率高于前者。
Having studied the determination of micro-nickel in water, urine and blood with dimethylglyoxime as colour indicator by way of spectrophotometric method and differential potential solutionout. Authors made comparison and found out that the later method is simple and convenient. The sensitivity and recovery rate are higher than the former.
