乳腺癌ER,PgR,PS2表达及其相关性研究

Study on the Expressions of Estrogen Receptor, Progesterone Receptor, and Presenilin 2 and Their Correlations in Human Breast Cancer Tissues

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌组织中雌激素受体 (ER) ,孕激素受体 (PgR) ,雌激素调节蛋白 (PS2 )的表达水平、相互关系及其临床意义。方法乳腺癌组织常规石蜡包埋切片对其ER ,PgR、PS2进行ABC免疫组化法染色。结果6 5例乳腺癌ER、PgR和PS2表达阳性率分别为 70 .7%、6 1.5 %和 5 3.8% ;高分化和淋巴结未转移乳腺癌三者阳性率均明显高于低分化和淋巴结转移病例 ;三者在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率之间呈高度密切正向关系。结论ER、PgR和PS2表达均为反映乳腺癌生物学行为、激素依赖性及指导临床内分泌治疗的重要生物学标记物 ; ObjectivesTo study the expression levels of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PgR) and presenilin 2 (PS2) as well as their correlations and clinical significance in breast cancer tissues.MethodsThe assays of ER, PgR and PS2 were performed by avidin biotin complex (ABC) immunohistochemical method on the 10% neutral formalin fixed and paraffin routinely embedded sections of specimens with breast cancer.ResultsThe positive expression rates of ER, PgR and PS2 were 70.7%, 61.5% and 53.8%, respectively. The positive rates of three markers in cases of high differentiation without lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in cases of poor differentiation with lymph node metastasis. Highly close positive correlations were found among the positive expression rates of ER, PgR and PS2.in breast cancer tissues.ConclusionThe expressions of ER, PgR and PS2 are important biological markers in reflecting the biological behavior , sex hormone dependence, and guiding the clinical endocrine therapy of breast cancers. The detection of ER, PgR levels with simultaneous assay of PS2 may be helpful for precise understanding of the hormone dependence and raising the effective rate of clinical endocrine therapy in breast cancers. [
