摘要
本文从知识基础、能力模型、发展—建构主义、教师教学专长发展以及欧美教师培训实践的角度 ,分析和介绍了国外教师职业发展与促进的理论基础与实践概况 。
The authors introduce and analyze the theories and practice of teachers' professional development in western countries, including teachers' knowledge base,model of competence,developmental-constructivism,professional development of expertise and practice of teaching training in European and American countries. Finally, some critical problems of teacher training are discussed.
