摘要
本文首先对典型故障滚动轴承的振动信号特征作了理论分析。并对试验测得的振动信号进行了波形与频谱分析。包括时域与幅值域中的时间历程、概率密度函数与自相关分析;频域中的功率谱与倒频谱分析。寻找到各类故障轴承在波谱方面的规律特征,并依此对生产中振动噪声不合格的滚动轴承进行故障部位与性质的诊断,取得了一致的结论。
This paper deals with the theoretical analysis of the charcteristics of vibration signal of these rolling bearings which has typical fault, and analyses the wave shape and the spectrum of vibra- tion signal obtained during experiments. All these include the analysis of time-domain time-course in amplitude value domain the analysis of probability density function and relativity; the analytsis of power spectrum and reverse frequency spectrum The regulay featurs of various kinds of fault bearings in the respect of spectrumis found. On this basis, the fault section and property are diag- nosed for these rolling bearings in the productin of which the vibration and nose are not qualified, then identical conclusion is obtained.
