摘要
借助计算机仿真系统,对相位恢复误差产生的原因进行模拟分析。研究发现,图像噪声比率与测量结果标准差呈正比关系;测量结果标准差与相移精度及相移值的具体分布有关;测量结果的标准差与相移步数的平方根呈反比。
Many sources that lead to measuring errors were analyzed with the computer simulation system.The direct proportion is found between standard deviation of the measuremental result and the rate of image noise;The standard deviation is effected by shifting precision and the shifting values;The inverse proportion is found between the standard deviation and the square root of the shifting step numbers.
