摘要
通过对电火花线切割加工工艺参数和加工故障的分析 ,结合现代网络技术 ,以工艺参数查询和远程诊断与维修为主要功能建立了基于Internet的WEDM远程服务系统 ,实现了为WEDM客户提供快速维修和技术指导等技术服务 ,降低了企业的维修成本 ,增强了企业的生产设计能力。
By analyzing the processing parameters of WEDM and its machine fault, a structure of WEDM remote service system based on Internet is presented in this paper, which mainly offers the service of just in time diagnosis plus maintaining and query of process parameters of WEDM. The system profiled by this structure reduces the enterprise maintaining cost.
