带冠整体叶轮的应用及其加工工艺的研究

The application of integrated turbine with ring and the research on its manufacturing technique

介绍了目前带冠整体叶轮国内外的研制情况 ,并在分析涡轮叶盘现有加工工艺的基础上 ,提出了一种加工带冠整体叶轮的创新工艺———带电解预通道的电火花成形工艺 ,并讨论了该工艺的技术难点和相应的解决方案。

The research and the techniques of integrated turbine with ring home and abroad are analyzed in this paper. And then, a new technique to manufacture integrated turbine with ring, EDM with an ECM channels, is also discussed.
