摘要
综合评述了光制造技术的特征。光制造技术作为现代先进制造技术之一 ,在现代制造业中具有独特的优势。从原理上说 ,激光能适应任何材料的加工制造 ,尤其在一些特殊精度和要求、特别场合以及特种材料的加工制造方面起着无法替代的作用。通过对国外研究动向的分析可看出 ,光制造技术的发展趋势将重点定位在微结构、微刻蚀、微工具以及多功能性微技术、微工程的研究与开发上。
The characteristic of light manufacturing technology is synthetically described in this paper. As one of the modern advanced manufacturing technology, light manufacturing technology possessing unique superiority in manufacture industry. In principle laser can suit the process of any material manufacturing and particularly takes the effect which can not be replaced in some special precision and the requirements as well as process of special occasion and special material. By analysis of the development trend of this technology, we can predict microstructure, micro carving and micro tooling will be the focal points of laser micro technology. The multi-functional micro technology and micro engineering will be mainly research field in the future.
