摘要
本文从实践出发,把定员定额活动的基本规律概括为分工协作原理,人机功能原理,动态相关原理,并由此说明了进行定员定额的两类基本方法。
This paper summarizes practically the fundamentals of labour-requirement and work-quota as follows: the principle of sharing out the work and coorperating with one another, the principle of man-machine function, and the principle of dynamic correlation. On the basis of the above con- clusion, the paper presents two kinds of basic method to solve the problems of labour-requirement and work-quota.
