摘要
本文就科技人员五十岁以后生产力相对衰减的一般现象,分析了产生这种状况的原因,并讨论了科技人员的知识产出与组织梯度激励的关系,提出了科技人员职业生涯中的成长阶段模式和知识循环圈模型。文中还就组织激励措施提出了一些看法。
This paper, analyses the reason why there's a common phenomenon that when scientific workers are of more than fifty years old, their productivities decrease. The paper also dircusses the relationshp between scientific productions and organisation gradient effective, presents the grow- ing-phase model and knowledge-cycle model of scientific career, and proposes some ideas on orga- nization impelling measures.
