Analysis of Peculiar Breakdown for the C41-400 Air Rammer and Improving Design

电动机容易损坏是 C41—400空气锤的特有故障,本文从机械传动和电机特性两个方面分析了产生这种故障的原因,提出了改进原设计的建议。该建议已在工厂实施,运行效果良好。

The motor damage which is easily is peculiar breakdomn of the C41-400 air rammer.In this paper,the reason for producing the breakdown is analysed in two aspects of mechanical drive and characteristic of motor,and the proposal is offered for improving the former design.This proposal has been carried out in some factory,and the improved machine is running very well.
