水液压柱塞泵陶瓷柱塞的可靠性设计 被引量:11

摘要 水液压柱塞泵的柱塞工况非常恶劣 ,对材料的强度和耐磨性都有较高要求。采用陶瓷材料制造柱塞 ,能够发挥陶瓷强度高、硬度大、耐磨性能好及不受腐蚀影响的优点。但是陶瓷材料的失效强度存在较大的分散性 ,必须采用可靠性设计方法进行陶瓷柱塞的设计 ,才能设计出可靠的水液压柱塞泵。研究结果表明 。 Working conditions of plunger in water hydraulic plunger pump is quite adverse,and its material needs rather high requirements on strength and wearability.Plungers manufactured with ceramic materials could bring its advantages of high strength,big hardness,good wearability,non-affection with corrosion into play.But there exists fairly big decentralization in the failure strength of ceramic materials,therefore,it is necessary to adoptreliability designing method in carrying out the design of ceramic plunger,thus the reliable water hydraulic plunger pump can be designed out. The result of research shows that there are bright futures for the plunger of water hydraulic plunger pump manufactured with Si 3N 4 ceramics.
