摘要
市场经济条件下,高校图书馆文化表现出了多种特征与功能:即方向性特征与引导功能、多载体特征与信息功能、高素质特征与教育功能、高层次特征与创造功能、自动化特征与服务功能以及社会化特征与效益功能。它们既紧密关联,又相互交叉,相互影响与促进,使高校图书馆事业充满发展的生机与活力。
Under the circumstance of market economy, the library culture of colleges and universities exhibits a series of new features and functions, namely: the orientation and guiding; the multi-carrier management and informatory function; the high quality and educational function; the high level and creativity; the automated operation and better service, and the commercialization and benefit-making service. These features and functions, while closely related to and overlapping each other, influence and facilitate mutually to bring great vigor and vitality to the development of libraries at colleges and universities.
