职技高师培养目标的特殊性,决定了学生的综合素质教育有着与其它高校不同的要求。高等职业技术师范教育中的素质教育,应是专业教育的重要组成部分,应在教育教学的各个环节中体现知识传授与能力培养并重的教育思想。创造教育是素质教育的核心目标,培养学生的创新意识和创造能力是时代的要求。

The particular objective of training senior teachers of vocational technologies in normal universities raises different demands on students' overall quality from those on students of other colleges and universities. The allrounddevelopment education in training professionaltechnology teaching personnel should be an important component of the specialty education, and equal importance should be attached to imparting of knowledge and training of capacities in the process of teaching. Creativity education is the primary objective of education for allround development, and training of the student's innovational consciousness and creative power is the requirement of the time.
