摘要
研究了涡流集渣原理,应用高分辨率对流格式数值模拟计算铸件充型过程的涡流。对实际的铁型覆砂铸造195曲轴在连杆轴颈处的局部夹杂形成原因引用数值模拟结果进行解释,改进浇注系统,消除局部夹杂。
Through analyzing the theory of slag collected by vortex and modeling the eddy current of mold filling process using highresolution convection scheme,it is explained that the formation of local inclusion at the connecting rod neck of 195 crankshaft for actual coated sand ironmold casting.And thus the gating system is improved,and local inclusion is eliminated.
