火电厂成对设置互为备用低压厂变自投问题

Automatic Placing-in of LV Auxiliary Transformers Paired in Mutual Standby for Thermal Power Plants

摘要 《大火规》规定 :2台互为备用的厂用变压器之间不应装设备用电源自动投入装置。然而 ,一些欧洲公司设计或引进的电厂 ,2台互为备用的厂用变压器之间装设了备用电源自动投入装置。鉴于目前备用电源自动投入装置性能日趋完美 ,且技术上比较简单 ,装设这一功能后 ,能提高厂用电运行的安全可靠性 ,简化运行人员的操作。建议可在大机组工程中采用备用电源自动投入装置 ,不宜硬套《大火规》的规定 ;以后修订《大火规》时 ,建议对该条款进行必要的修改。 The 《Design Technical Code of Thermal Power Plants》 specifies that two auxiliary transformers mutually for standby should not be equipped with auto-placing-in device for standby power supply. However, some plants designed by European company or imported have the two auxiliary transformers with mutually standby equipped with auto-placing-in device for standby power supply. In view of that the performance of the auto-placing-in device for standby power supply becomes perfect day by day this function for the auxiliary transformers can increase the safety and reliability of the auxiliary power operation and simplify the operator's operation. It is recommended that the auto-placing-in device for standby power supply can be used for the projects of large scaled units and it is not necessary to follow the stipulations in 《Design Technical Code of Thermal Power Plants》. Also it is recommended to make necessary modification for this clause in future review of 《Design Technical Code of Thermal Power Plants》.
