摘要 制备了添加有不同成分纳米陶瓷粉末的DM - 30 8型电子玻璃 ,研究了纳米粉末对其力学性能的影响。结果表明 :添加纳米陶瓷粉末可以明显提高电子玻璃的抗弯强度。添加纳米陶瓷粉末使电子玻璃的气孔率和气孔尺寸明显降低是纳米增韧的主要机制。 Type DM-308 electric glass added different composition of nano ceramic powder was produced. Effects of nano ceramic powders on the mechanical property were studied. The results show that with the nano ceramic powders added, bending strength of the nano ceramic powder toughened electronic glass is significantly higher than that of type DM-308 electronic glass, and main toughening mechanism of the glass is that porosity and size of pores in the glass are obviously lower .
