摘要
从机械应力和热应力入手,分析了彩色显像管玻壳屏裙部在排气炉内炸裂的原因,为合理制定在排气过程中升、降温工艺路线,合理设计彩色显像管玻壳等提供了参考依据。
Starting with mechanical stresses and thermal stresses, this paper analyzes the reason of crack of CPT bulb in the screen skirt. It lays the foundation for the reasonable setting of technological process of increasing or reducing temperature in de-airing process and for appropriate design of CPT bulb.
