板式薄层膜通道中压力行为的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对层流状态下膜分离装置内膜通道中压力行为的特性进行了研究 ,理论分析了膜通道中出现该压力行为的原因 ,并用板式膜进行了验证 .实验结果证实了理论分析的正确性 . In this paper the macrocosmic pressure characteristics were studied in membranous channels when the state of flow is laminar flow.At first,on the base of theories,the reasons were discussed which induce the pressure to change,and then experimented on the flat membrane to prove the rationality of theoretical analysis.At last, a conclusion can be draw:the change of the macrocosmic pressure in laminar membranous channels is the result of the pressure decrement because of the liquid viscosity(Δ p 1 ),and the pressure increase in the membranous channels because of the permeation during the membrane separating(Δ p 2 ).
