摘要
作者在YC6 10 8Q型车用直喷式柴油机上 ,对六种进气管方案进行的对比试验表明 :充气效率 ηv峰值及相应的转速与管系长度有密切关系 ;对于整体式进气管 ,不论是一端进气还是中间进气 ,两者效果无明显差别 ,而分开式进气管也未见优势 ;针对一定的转速范围 。
Comparative tests were carried out for six kinds of inlet manifold on model YC6108Q vehicle direct injection diesel engines, the results indicate that the peak volumetric efficiency η v and corresponding speed relate to manifold length closely. In a six cylinder engine, the effects of intaking from the middle or one end entrance of integral inlet manifold are equal, and separated inlet manifold has no superiority. In accordance with a certain speed range, ideal performance will be gained by the last matching between given inlet manifold and suitable tuning duct.
