介绍了硅质耐火材料结石快速综合分析鉴别的方法 ,并深入探讨了高硼硅玻璃的碱性气体和飞料对硅质耐火材料的侵蚀机理 ,同时总结出了预防硅质耐火材料结石的措施和延长玻璃窑炉使用寿命、提高产品质量的途径。
A rapid comprehensively analytical and appraisal method of the siliceous refractory stones was mainly discussed, and the corrosion mechanism of the siliceous refractory by the basic gases and fly ash of pyrex-brand glass was researched. At the same time, the preventive measures from the siliceous refractory stones and the ways to prolong the campaign of glass melter and to improve the quality of products were summarised.
