摘要
从来自广西北海的褐藻果叶马尾藻(Sargassum carpophyllum)中分离得到一个结构新颖的甾体化合物,经IR,MS,2DNMR等波谱技术,确定为:24-乙基-3-乙氧甲酰基-3-羟基-A-失碳-5,24(28)-胆甾二烯-2-酮。这是首次报道从天然界获得A-nor甾体羧酸酯类化合物。
A novel steroid was isolated from the marine brown alga Sargassum carpophyllum collected from the South China Sea. Its chemical structure has been identified by IR,MS, 2DNMR as 24-ethyl-3-carbethoxy-3-hydroxy-A-nor-cholesta-5, 24 (28)-dien-2-one. This is the first report of A-nor steroidal ester from natural sources.
