摘要
在 p H 3 .2 7左右的 Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲溶液中 ,对二甲胺基亚苄罗丹宁与牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)结合生成复合物 ,此复合物在 40 5nm处有最大吸收峰 ,复合物的吸光度与 BSA的含量在 60~ 1 3 8mg/
BSA reacts with p dimethylaminobenzal rhodanine to form a color complex in a B R buffer at pH 3.27. The maximum absorption wavelength ( λ max ) of the complex is 405 nm. The peak of the complex has a “violet shift” of 10 nm as compared with that of the reagent. The linear range of the standard curve is 60~138 mg/L for BSA. Experimental results indicate that the method has good selectivity, reproducibility and simplicity.
