摘要
从“连坐”的概念、有关史实、语言文字、历史背景、中国法制史以及法理等方面分析“予则孥戮汝”中“孥戮”二字的含义 ,从而提出 :《尚书·甘誓》不是“连坐”
From conception and historical fact of'lian zuo',analysis of language,history background,comparative analysis of literature recordation,history of legal system in China,theory of law,and other aspects,the paper analyses the meanings of'nu lu'in sentence of'Yu ze nu lu ru',brings forward opinions different from past opinions,thinks the first literature recordation about system of'lian zuo'is not in the SHANG SHU·GAN SHI .
