大学生的心理健康问题日益受到社会各界的广泛关注 ,它关系到高等教育人才培养目标的最终实现 ,因此要明确高校心理健康教育工作目标、加强专职人员配备与培训、加强制度化建设。

The psychological health education of college and university students has attracted great attention of all circles of society.It is the key point concerned with the ultimate realization of training target of higher education.This paper puts forward some suggestions such as having clear aims,providing and training full time staff,strengthening the systematization,making good use of all the resources available and increasing the efficiency of psychological health course.
