随着高等教育体制改革的不断深高等教育在经济社会发展中的基础地位日益突出 ,高校行政管理必须适应新形势的要求 :一是加强信息调研工作 ,突出参谋助手作用 ;二是加强督办工作 ,狠抓落实 ;三是做好综合协调工作 ,提高工作效率。

With the development of the higher education system reform,higher education plays a more and more important role in today’s economic society. College administration should be in conformity with the new requirement of the society.Firstly,information collection and research should be reinforced to project the function as a positive assistant.Secondly,supervising work must be stressed to implement every policy.Thirdly,all work should be well coordinated to improve working efficiency.
