摘要
高素质的教师队伍是实现高等学校职能的决定性前提和基础。高校教师队伍建设包括教师个体素质建设和群体结构建设两方面。本文对中西高等学校的教师群体结构中的学缘结构的现状、优劣和形成机制作了描述和分析 ,借鉴欧美高校学缘结构建设的经验 ,从宏观管理体制、高校管理和具体操作三个层面提出了改进措施。
The high quality teacher groups are the decisive premise and base on which the functions of the institutions of higher education can be realized. The Construction of teacher groups of these institutions includes individual quality and group quality.The thesis describes and analyses the present situation and the formation mechanism of learning-origin structure of China and Europe,and suggests we must draw on the experience of learning-origin structure construction in Europe and America and make the reform in the macro-administration system, the management of institutions of higher education and concrete operations.
