摘要 目的 观察转化生长因子 β1(TGFβ1)及其Ⅱ型受体 (TGFβRⅡ )在宫颈鳞状上皮癌中的表达情况 ,探讨其与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测 4 0例宫颈鳞状上皮癌 (病理分级Ⅰ -Ⅲ级 )中TGFβ1和TGFβRⅡ的蛋白表达 ,并与正常宫颈组织及慢性宫颈炎组织作半定量比较。结果  (1)正常宫颈组织及慢性宫颈炎组织中TGFβ1和TGFβRⅡ表达于上皮细胞的胞浆内 ,两组表达水平差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;宫颈鳞状上皮癌组织中TGFβ1和TGFβRⅡ蛋白表达位于癌细胞的胞浆内 ;(2 )宫颈鳞状上皮癌组织中TGFβ1蛋白表达水平明显上升 ,与前二组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;(3 )宫颈鳞状上皮癌组织中TGFβRⅡ蛋白表达明显下降 ,与前二组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;(4)随着宫颈癌病理分级的增加 ,TGFβ1表达水平上升 ,其差异也有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但TGFβRⅡ表达无显著性差异。结论 宫颈鳞状上皮癌的发生发展可能与TGFβ1蛋白的高表达和TGFβRⅡ蛋白的低表达有关。 Objective To observe the expression of TGFβ1 and TGFβ RⅡ protein in human cervical squamous carcinoma and investigate the possible role of TGFβ1 and TGFβ RⅡ in facilitating neoplastic progression. Methods The expression of TGFβ1 and TGFβ R Ⅱprotein in human cervical squamous carcinoma was detected by the streptavidin-peroxidase(S-P) immunohistochemical method, and their contents were compared with those of normal cervical tissues and chronic cervicitis tissues. Results (1) TGFβ1 and TGFβ RⅡ protein were expressed in the cytoplasm of squamous cells and malignant cells, no difference of their contents existed between normal cervical tissues and chronic cervicitis tissues(P>0.05); (2) The exression of TGFβ1 protein in cervical squamous carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues(P<0.01)while the expression of TGFβ RⅡprotein were significantly lower than those in normal cervical tissues(P<0.01); (3) The expression of TGFβ1 was positively correlated with the pathologic grade. Conclusion The high-expression of TGF-β1 and low-expression of TGFβ RⅡ might play an important role in tumor genesis and the development of cervical squamous carcinoma.
