老年人非酒精性脂肪性肝病与血脂血糖水平及体重指数的关系

The relationship between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and the level of blood lipid and glucose,body mass index in old people.

目的探讨老年人非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)与血脂血糖水平、体重指数等指标的关系。方法298例老年人按非酒精性脂肪性肝病诊断标准分为脂肪肝组(114例)和非脂肪肝组(184例),观察临床表现,检测血脂、血糖、体重指数、肝功能等指标并进行分析。结果脂肪肝组血脂、血糖水平、体重指数明显增高,和非脂肪肝组比较差异有显著性(P<O.001)。脂肪肝组肝功能异常和临床症状发生率低,但两者相关。结论老年人肥胖、血脂、血糖水平升高与NAFLD的发生有关。

Objective To study the relationship between the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFID) and several index included the level of blood lipid and glucose,body mass index in old people.Methods 298 old peoples were divided into two groups-fatty liver group and non-fatty liver group , according to the diagnostic criteria of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) .The blood lipid, glucose and body mass index was estimated. Results The level of blood lipid and glucose,body mass index in fatty liver group was obviously higher than those in the non-fatty liver group ( P < 0.001) . Abnormal of liver function and the symptoms in partly occurred in fatty liver group. There were correlations between the indexes of liver function and symptoms. Conclusion The mechanism of NAFLD is partially related to the obesity , high level blood lipid and glucose in old people.
