摘要
基于甲醇对K2S2O8与亮绿间的氧化裉色反应有强烈的负催化作用,从而建立了一种测定甲醇动力学光度新方法.该法的线性范围为8.0×10-6~4.0×10-4mol/L;检出限为2.7×10-6mol/L;对1.0×10-5mol/L甲醇溶液连续进行11次测定,相对标准偏差为4.2%.将该方法用于工业洒精样品中甲醇含量的测定,结果较为满意.
In light of the fact that methanol has a very strong negative cata ly tic action on oxidative decolorization of K2S2O8 and brilliant green. A new cata lysisphotometry method was found to determine the concentration of methanol. The linear range is 8.0×10-6~4 0×10-4 mol/L, the detectability is 2.7×10-6 and the elative regular declination is 4.2% after 11 times determination of 1. 0×10-5 methanol. We also found a quite satisfactory result when using this met hod in the determination of the concentration of methanol in alcohol.
