摘要
20 0 2年上半年 ,全球发生MW≥ 6 5地震 1 6次 ,其中 1 3次浅源地震 ,2次中源地震 ,1次深源地震 ;发生MW ≥ 7 0地震 6次。上半年MW ≥ 7 0地震的地震矩释放是 1 976年以来的偏低水平。中国及邻区地震活动比较活跃 :3月 3日 ,在兴都库什地区发生了 1次MW7 3中源地震 ;6月 2 8日 ,在中国吉林汪清发生了 1次MW 7 3深源地震。统计检验表明 ,地震矩释放表现出持久性质。
During the first half of the year 2002,there were 16 earthquakes of M≥6.5 occurring in the world,including 13 shallow focus earthquakes,2 intermediate focus earthquakes and 1 deep focus earthquake;6 earthquakes of M W≥7.0 occurred in the world.The seismic moment released by the earthquakes of M W≥7.0 in the first half of the year was of lower level since 1976. The seismicity in China and its neighbouring regions was more active:on March 3, an intermediate focus earthquake of M W 7.3 occurred in Hindu Kush region;on June 28, a deep focus earthquake of M W 7.3 occurred in Wangqing,Jilin Province of China.The statistical examination indicates that seismic moment release has shown lasting behaviors.
