Stress Analysis on Weld Seam Between Scroll Case and Penstock

根据观测数据和有限元计算结果 ,对蜗壳与压力钢管焊缝在连续运行发电阶段的变形与应力进行了分析 .结果显示 ,在正常运行发电阶段 ,压力钢管、蜗壳、焊缝均满足强度条件 .并根据观测结果和计算结果 。

Based on observed data and FE results, deformations and stresses for weld seam in the normal load case are analyzed between scroll case and penstock Results show that the penstock, scroll case and weld seam are all safe in the normal load case Then according to the observed data and FE results, conclusions and suggestions are presented
